El 17% dels pisos de lloguer s&#8217;agafen en menys de 24 hores, la qual cosa reflecteix la forta compet\u00e8ncia entre els llogaters. Ciutats com Vit\u00f2ria, Girona i Sant Sebasti\u00e0 estan liderant aquesta tend\u00e8ncia, la qual cosa obliga els possibles llogaters a actuar r\u00e0pidament.
